5.1 Wissenschaftliche Referenzen

5.2 Wichtige Hinweise: Dosierung und Sicherheit

Obwohl Trans-Resveratrol, Piperin und Spermidin natürliche Substanzen sind, ist es wichtig, Informationen zur Dosierung und Sicherheit zu beachten:

Trans-Resveratrol:

  • Dosierung: In vielen Humanstudien wurden Dosen zwischen 30 mg und 300 mg pro Tag verwendet, die positive Effekte zeigten. Resveratrol gilt im Allgemeinen als gut verträglich, auch in höheren Dosen bis zu 1 g pro Tag in vielen Studien. Kurzfristig wurden sogar bis zu 5 g pro Tag getestet.  
  • Vorsicht bei hohen Dosen: Eine Pilotstudie an übergewichtigen älteren Erwachsenen (65+) deutete darauf hin, dass sehr hohe Dosen (1000 mg/Tag) bestimmte kardiovaskuläre Risikomarker erhöhen könnten, während 300 mg/Tag dies nicht taten. Dies unterstreicht, dass moderate Dosen vorzuziehen sein könnten.  
  • Nebenwirkungen: Bei sehr hohen Dosen (über 1-2 g/Tag) können milde Nebenwirkungen wie Durchfall, Übelkeit oder Kopfschmerzen auftreten.  
  • Wechselwirkungen: Resveratrol kann (insbesondere in hohen Dosen über 1 g/Tag) die Blutgerinnung beeinflussen und mit Blutverdünnern (wie Warfarin, Aspirin, Ibuprofen) interagieren. Auch Wechselwirkungen mit Blutdruckmedikamenten und anderen Medikamenten, die über die Leber verstoffwechselt werden, sind möglich.  
  • Sonstige Vorsichtsmaßnahmen: Personen mit östrogenempfindlichen Erkrankungen sollten vor der Einnahme Rücksprache halten.  

Piperin:

  • Dosierung: Die zur Verbesserung der Bioverfügbarkeit verwendeten Dosen sind typischerweise niedrig (5-20 mg pro Tag).  
  • Sicherheit: In diesen geringen Mengen gilt Piperin als sicher.  
  • Wechselwirkungen: Da Piperin den Stoffwechsel anderer Substanzen (über Leberenzyme und Transportproteine) beeinflussen kann, ist bei gleichzeitiger Einnahme von Medikamenten generell Vorsicht geboten und eine Rücksprache mit dem Arzt ratsam.  

Spermidin:

  • Dosierung: Spermidin kommt natürlich in der Nahrung vor. Der Körper kann es aber auch selbst herstellen. In Supplementierungsstudien wurden meist Dosen von ca. 0.9 mg bis 3.3 mg pro Tag verwendet. Die EU-Obergrenze für Weizenkeimextrakte als neuartiges Lebensmittel liegt bei 6 mg pro Tag.  
  • Sicherheit & Verträglichkeit: In den verwendeten Dosierungen wurde Spermidin in Studien gut vertragen.  
  • Aufnahme: Eine neuere Studie stellte in Frage, ob höhere Dosen von supplementiertem Spermidin (15 mg) die Blut-/Speichelspiegel signifikant erhöhen, und vermutete eine Umwandlung in Spermin. Dies beeinflusst nicht zwangsläufig die in anderen Studien beobachteten potenziellen Vorteile bei niedrigeren Dosierungen, zeigt aber, dass die Pharmakokinetik komplex ist.
